I believe that museums can help us connect with diverse perspectives, individuals, and communities through their educational programs, collections, and storytelling. I strive to create an inclusive and visitor centric space that inspires and empowers others.

I believe that to be a museum educator you have to be able to listen and understand others as well as be open to learning new things. Being open, respectful, and honest are key tenets I stand by. ​

I believe that museums can be spaces for engaging different communities and perspectives and through community collaboration we can create more equitable and inclusive museums while striving to be
